Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the OpenClaw service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Service Description

- Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Service.
Payment Terms
All content you create, upload, or store on the Service ("Your Content") remains yours. However, by using the Service, you grant OpenClaw a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service. You are responsible for Your Content, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. You warrant that you have all the rights, licenses, and permissions to grant this license. We are not responsible for Your Content, but we reserve the right to remove it if it violates our policies.
- You retain all ownership rights to your content.

Service Availability
OpenClaw and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of OpenClaw and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of OpenClaw. Specifically, you agree not to:
- License, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party the Service or the Content in any way.
- Modify or make derivative works based upon the Service or the Content.
- Create Internet "links" to the Service or "frame" or "mirror" any Content on any other server or wireless or Internet-based device.
- Reverse engineer or access the Service in order to build a competitive product or service.
- Build a product using similar ideas, features, functions or graphics of the Service.
- Copy any ideas, features, functions or graphics of the Service.
- Launch an automated program or script, including, but not limited to, web spiders, web crawlers, web robots, web ants, web indexers, bots, viruses or worms, or any program which may make multiple server requests per second, or unduly burdens or hinders the operation and/or performance of the Service.
Limitation of Liability
Certain parts of the Service may be billed on a subscription basis ("Subscriptions"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or OpenClaw cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting the OpenClaw customer support team.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
- You can cancel your subscription through your account or by contacting support.
Modifications

OpenClaw makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
12. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall OpenClaw or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on OpenClaw's website, even if OpenClaw or a OpenClaw authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
